OF RETURN AND CANCELLATION OF SERVICES :
UC-WEB is committed to give back the 100% of the amount paid within the first 30 days calendar, in case that it cannot offer in his totality the contracted service, and when this reason has been originated by unique responsibility for UC-WEB. By each return of the amount paid on the part of the Client, UC-WEB will receive an additional tariff of $ 5,00 dollars to the margin of which this operation could suppose the decontamination of the Lodging Web or the lost one of the renovation of already contracted with the consequent loss in the service by return cost and you transact administrative. Also both parts will be able to solve the contract by mutual agreement in a nongreater term of 24 hours (a day calendar) by means of notification written to the mentioned address fiscal of UC-WEB. In case that the Client will wish to solve the present contract, after to have fulfilled the term indicated in the previous point, UC-WEB will be able to use all those registries, designs, publicities, formats, etc, that is to say, everything what it had been created in favor of the Client, in own benefit, without reclamation of the Client.
If the Contract is solved on the part of the Client, UC-WEB, will not give back what it had given as advance for the accomplishment of served. Because all given advance to UC-WEB will be destined for the creation and design of the page Web asked for on the part of the Client and having passed the 30 days calendar UC-WEB it will not give back to amount some without right to reclamation on the part of the Client.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT :
The support will be actvie 24 hours a day, six days of the week (Monday through Saturday) only via our technical support center for active clients (www.uc-web.com/soporte). Also, UC-WEB counts with attention via msn from Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a real time attention. We don't offer technical support by telephone.
GUARANTEE AND OTHER SERVICES
UC-WEB guarantees 99.98 of the web hosting service for the clients, which means that the service will be active 365 days of the year, but an uptime of 363 days is guaranteed for UC WEB requires from hours for maintenance of the servers. In case of servers malfunction UC-WEB compromises to upload the websites in 72 hours maximum according to the contracts.
About the service of updates added value, this can be done within 30 calendar days, which means that if you update your html 3 times a month, once the third html is done, you won't be able to acquire another free update until 30 more calendar days have passed. In case you really need to update your website you should pay US$ 150 according to the contract, item 7.
